We welcome new learners to Kampala Standard Primary School – Kyanja, where we strive to provide an inclusive and enriching educational environment. Our admission process is designed to ensure that each child is placed in the most suitable learning environment based on their age and educational background.

Admission Requirements:

1. Age Criteria:

   • Children applying for Kindergarten must be at least 3 years old by the start of the academic year.
   • For Primary 1, applicants should be at least 6 years old.

2. Documentation:

   • Birth certificate or other proof of age.
   • Previous school records or reports (if applicable).
   • Passport-sized photographs.

3. Application Form:

   • Interested parents should complete the application form available at the school office or on our website.

4. Interview and Assessment:

   • An interview with the learner and a brief assessment may be conducted to gauge readiness for school and placement in the appropriate grade.

5. Enrollment Fee:

   • A non-refundable enrollment fee is required upon acceptance to secure the learner’s place at the school.
